Luan was such a pleasure to work with! From start to finish he was professional and empathetic during our first home buying process. He is very responsive and always made sure he followed up with us even if he didnt have the answer right away. He took the time to carefully walk us through all of our elementary questions and ensured we felt confident in our purchase! In addition, he was always punctual and extremely flexible with our chaotic work schedules. I couldnt recommend Luan more to anyone who is looking for their first (or next) property!

Luan helped us find our first home and was an excellent guide throughout the process. He was able to find the property early and we had our offer accepted prior to it being listed on MLS. He was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process.

Tldr; Luan was a 5/5 agent - an extraordinarily pleasant professional with immense patience who helped us get a house we love. Always on top of things & infinitely responsive. My wife & I first met Luan through the random Zillow selection process for a house showing we booked online. When we arrived at the house and met him for the first time, he immediately greeted us with a smile and toured the home while exhibiting a friendly demeanor that we really liked. Because we liked his friendliness and patience so much, we decided to work with Luan exclusively. Our house touring stage was short, as we found a home we loved in the initial week of working with Luan, however most of our positive experience with Luan was after the offer stage. Luan answered every question with immense detail, and was responsive at every hour of the night. He communicated with the sellers to clarify our doubts, and worked with the escrow and lenders to make everything happen seamlessly. He was on vacation in Italy during the week our home was closing, and yet he still worked tirelessly at all hours of the night to be available for us to address any concerns! He even helped us expedite the closing by 8 days! Luan's professionalism was an absolute delight to experience and we are happy that we had him by our side throughout this otherwise overwhelming process. We highly recommend Luan for your house purchase or sale - you will not be disappointed with his professionalism!
