T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I visited this location today because my iPhone had a sim lock after updating. Coby and Kyli, despite being the only two people here and having to juggle with being inundated with other customers, took the time to help me resolve this issue. I felt they were very approachable, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I tend to be somewhat hesitant about seeking help from T-Mobile stores due to not great experiences in the past, but Coby and Kyli really changed my perspective today. Thanks again, and if T-Mobile upper management reads this review Coby and Kyli certainly exceeded expectations on nearly every aspect of this visit and both definitely deserve an increase in compensation.

Came in to add a data plan for my Apple Watch (I already have an account) and the rep asked where did I buy it from, to which I said the Apple store. He proceeded to say not sure if we can add a data plan for that. First red flag. He then asked the other rep, who appears to be more knowledgeable, and the other person said we can certainly do that. Long story short, I got data plan on my watch. However, when I went home and logged in to my account, 2 new lines were added and I was charged 2 activation fees. I called them and they told me theyd fix it. Waited for 2 hours and called them again 15 minutes before they closed, but they didnt answer. I kept calling and still no answer. I had to call the main customer service number and got that sorted out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Inefficiencies Four staff members, no customer in the store and they still didnt want to help calling customer service to remove my 3 extra lines to cancel. Wasted!
