[1st Review: August 2023] I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at Shoresmith. Even though I moved all the way from the East Coast, my leasing and moving experience has been hassle-free and smooth, thanks especially to the supportiveness and professionalism of Kamilah. After extensive research, I figured Shoresmith is the best value for money option. The apartments are spacious, new, and comfortable, but you don't get all the luxurious amenities you might get with competitors in the SLU area. My unit is perfect for my needs, and I am minutes walking from my office, which is a super nice perk with the recent RTO policy.

I just moved here from out of state and I have never had a more smooth move-in process. Big shoutout to Kamilah from the leasing team since she went above and beyond to make sure the move-in process was smooth and comfortable. I also really like the apartment and the building itself, it is very modern and in a convenient location.

The management head is the most rude person you will ever meet. Everytime I have had a question she acts like it's makes as though I have asked her left kidney. The desk staff have been nice but the ones inside those glass door office have been always too proud to help with anything and once I asked where the bike locker, she said P2 and then when I couldn't find it below and wanted to ask again she closed her damn office door. Also be prepared to loose your deposit and even more when you move out no matter how clean you keep your apartment. I submitted 1 maintenance about the gap between the patio door and the floor due to which my room isn't sealed and was having dust come into room, no response fpr months and then they just did a temporary fix that never solved a problem, I had to order a door seal from Amazon myself on my own dime so that the whole room won't be cold all damn time. I moved out this place as soon as my lease expired.

I had an exceptional experience with Kamilah during my apartment search! Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire leasing process seamless and enjoyable. Kamilah was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly throughout, answering all my questions promptly and providing valuable insights about the property. Though I ultimately didn't end up securing an apartment here, I can't speak highly enough about Kamilah's knowledge and expertise. Her transparent and organized approach made a significant difference in the process. I would highly recommend working with Kamilah for anyone in search of a new place to call home

Kamilah (leasing office) alone is more than enough reason to choose Shoresmith as a place to Live and move. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and support my process. Always super helpful and knowledgeable. The building is well located and really nice layouts! Totally recommended.
