You are now required by IKEA to wave your rights to sue them if you buy a dresser from them.
They will refuse to sell it to you if you do not agree to the terms.

Prior to Covid they were great. You place an order and it arrives within a few days, complete and accurate. Not the case any longer.
I've built over a dozen IKEA kitchens and bathrooms over the years. I know how to design on their site, order parts and accessories. This is not user error. This last kitchen was even reviewed during an online chat with a rep to ensure accuracy. I like using this product for remodels and flips, but the service level has become garbage when it comes to delivering your correct items.
Last two attempts to use them I received incomplete shipments, parts and items I did not order, and very inept help when you chat/email/or call to get things rectified.
I just went online and paid another $300 to get the items that never showed up from my shopping list because they insisted they were delivered.
Buyers beware and check your deliveries carefully. Not that it will help because they will just push you off.
