        This business committed fraud. The people in charge did not install the Simonton windows that was in the contract I signed. Every time I think of these vinyl windows its makes me angry, sad, and disgusted. I only discovered while spring cleaning in 2024, four years after the windows were installed. I have never heard of Norandex Windows before but this is what i have installed. Please do not trust.

        They did a great job replacing 40 year old siding and a window. They replaced rotten studs and even painted some siding we didn't have replaced. i feel they went above and beyond while staying with the agreed upon price. 5 stars for sure!

        Great group of folks. Both Jake Denton and Kevin Harris were very helpful and receptive during the process. Even when we hit a small issue during the job, they took care of it promptly and without issue. I will be using them again this summer on another rental property.

        Honest mistake? Not sure! How can a quote be off by about $8,000. When the sales person got to my property, he was informed of the budget I had and what I wanted to accomplish. He measured and he quoted a ball park number. He said he needed to send a formal proposal. To my surprise the written quote was way more than he quoted verbally. He said he made a mistake when he gave me verbal quote. Im not happy with the way the situation was handled. Where is the I honor my word piece? 5/3/2024 update. Not only did the Project Manager misspeak about the price. He forgot to mention that there is a huge up charge if you decide to finance. Cash price was $5,000 under a financed price. Too many surprises

Our project manager has spoken to us about the situation and he accepts that he misspoke when speaking to you at the initial appointment. We handle a lot of projects just like yours and sadly, he forgot to factor in the cost of concrete when doing the math in his head. All our pricing is set up with financing in mind and there is no up-charge to finance a project. We do offer options for discounted payment via cash, check or ACH, which was the discounted option we provided you with at the time of our second visit, to help with your budget.
