Oh my freaking God Alex is the best at his job, always with a smile and patient extremely friendly. Doesnt mind giving you undivided attention even if store is busy. I was a Nordstrom customer for all my shoes, I am now exclusive to Alex and his wonderful. Team should have an 5 plus star review Thanks so much guys you know who to treat your customers and have a happy satisfied experience Florivel crispin

I recently went into the Tradehome Shoes located at Barton Creek Square. While there i was immediately welcomed by Caden, the sales associate. I spent well over an hour with my daughter at your store. Caden brought out well over 35 pairs of shoes trying to find exactly what I and my daughter was looking for. Caden was very knowledgeable and when I described how a shoe felt right or wrong, he knew exactly what shoe to try next. My problem is that I usually cant find 1 pair of shoes that I liked enough to buy. With Caden's assistance it was the opposite. He found multiple pairs that i fell in love with. The whole time helping me and my daughter, Caden continued helping other customers with the same pride and knowledge in his job that we had received. Not once did I feel as if he abandoned us to help another customer, sometimes 2 and 3 at a time. Caden truly reminded me of a work ethic that is not seen in this day and age. In the end of my visit I didnt purchase any shoes due to having to fly back home and space being limited. I felt bad not purchasing from Caden as I am sure he worked on commission. Caden never missed a beat and with the same smile he had when he greeted me, told me not to worry about it. I can tell you this. After my wonderful experience that I had thanks to Caden, my business will stay with Tradehome Shoes and I will pass the word to everyone I know. Thank you BJ Fralicker
