I wanted to mention the incredible job Colby did grooming my Maltese, Nooni. Colby's attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole experience stress-free for both Nooni and me. Nooni has never looked better! His coat is beautifully groomed and he seems happier and more comfortable. Colby truly has a gift for working with animals and I can't thank him enough for the care he showed to Nooni. I wholeheartedly recommend his grooming services.

I would be very weary of taking your dog here. Our mini Bernedoodle (currently 40 pounds) has been groomed several times here since we got him 15 months ago, but today was an awful experience. I headed to drop our dog off at 1:30 for his 2:30 appointment on our way to my daughter's birthday lunch. They informed me I couldn't drop him off that early and I was caught off guard bc I have always brought our dog 30-45 minutes early. I asked for their help this time so that I could make it to lunch but was told no so I waited in the car for 45 minutes until our exact drop off time and missed my daughters birthday lunch. Then when I went back in to drop him off they looked at him and said they would need to bump him up to a large dog. I questioned this because just 8 weeks prior they increased the price by $40. But I agreed to pay the $180 grooming free this time but did question how this is decided bc there are no policies on the website and that I would have to find a new groomer bc I could not afford that. I then headed home only to get a text followed by a phone call letting me know the groomer Hannah who has been our dog's primary groomer was no longer comfortable grooming Rocky and I needed to come pick him up immediately. This entire experience wasted 4 hours of my day and my dog is still not groomed. If you have a doodle of any kind stay away bc they just keep raising the price with no policies for how they determine their price. The owner said she will always have her employees back which is fine but just know if you ever have an issue you are not permitted to express your opinion or the will refuse your business. Adrians customer service and ability to deal with reasonable questions is non existent. He blew up my questioning the price and drop off policy into we are uncomfortable grooming your dog.

Jaclyn always does such a great job on my 11yr old cat, Boo! Boo is very fluffy and now that she's older, it's harder for her to groom herself well. Boo gets a bath, a comb cut, and a teeth brushing every 5-6 weeks or so. She's never come home stressed and I know she's comfortable with Jaclyn and As the Fur Flies. And Boo looks so cute with the bandanas!!
