Very detailed and well put together! Never have I had an issue working with Jeff, communicates after hours and on personal time when he does not have to. Easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend using them over the corporate greed like ADT! Thanks Jeff and Alexis!

Worst customer service and very arrogant owner. I have been a customer for 7 years and early April we realized our alarm app not being able to turn on or off alarm when outside . We thought it was signal issue and didnt bother. The alarm at home would turn on manually but little did we know that it was not even talking to the main station. Only after contacting the owner Jeff he tells us that the 3G system I have no longer works and I have to pay another $350 to upgrade. My guess is alarm system has been down this for several months and he didnt even bother to notify or inform us that this upgrade is needed and demanding to either pay more money or sign contract. Very rude and arrogant behavior and immediately sent termination email. Stay away from this company and owner. He probably outsourced the services and doesnt care for customer service.

Jeff is a great guy, always picks up my calls or gets back to me promptly. Hes really good at what he does. I would recommend him to any consumer or business. Thank you Jeff!
