Jessie and his crew worked with us closely to get the product we wanted for the budget we had in mind. Our work included grading to prep for foundation work, running downspouts underground to better manage drainage, as well as laying a concrete paver patio in our side yard. They were communicative and great to work with.

I guess in this market you have to take what you can get. They did the job, more or less. Fence repair job was really bad, plus I am missing a shovel and radio silence after promising to set fence post in concrete and bring my shovel back.

Jesse and Ivan were just wonderful- they created a great drainage trench for me, to help with water issues through our back yard. They also cleared a large Portion of the yard clearing old dead trees and brush. Highly recommend the work they did for us.

They came out and gave us an estimate for doing a (decomposed crushed granite) driveway pad, circle drive and put new material on our drive 400' long, we showed them the material we wanted same as on our car port (decomposed crushed granite) we didn't know it was called (decomposed) we are not the experts, they took pictures of the our granite and sent them to somebody, we agreed to a price, the haul trucks showed up before they did (not sure why they were late) and dumped regular crushed granite which is like pea gravel, several 24 ton dump truck loads, we voiced our concern of it being the wrong material, they assured us this was better "that it will pack better" it didn't pack at all, we did ask for the original pad plan to be extended 10 more feet, not sure how much more material they ordered but they put the overage on our driveway making it at least 6" deep, we were shocked at how deep it was and asked that they remove at least half of it and pile it off to the side, even then the kids can no longer ride a bike on it, I can't ride my motorcycle on it, we should have thrown up a red flag when the first load was dumped, now we are paying to have it all removed and replaced with the correct material (decomposed crushed granite), beyond that, Allscape needed to borrow my tools to cut the railroad ties and then they were having trouble drilling and driving the rebar into the ground, also he was mad and would not calm down, we had included in the price cleaning the extra base from around the house but not with the skid steer that was tearing up the ground, we stopped him, yelling happened, he said he was done then, I asked for a discount and that we would finish the job ourselves, we are not hard to get along with, the driveway, the pad and the circle drive are a disaster and it cost us a small fortune, we are so disappointed and feel ashamed that we allowed to happen. top pic is what we got, bottom pic is what we wanted, We have almost completely removed all of Allscapes mess and bringing in correct material with a better company, it's been radio silence with Allscape, it's not hard to do the right thing.
