Mockingbird MicroSchool

Our experience with Mockingbird has been fantastic! The low student-to-teacher ratio creates a personal and caring environment. The mix of play and structured activities keeps things exciting. The regular updates and open communication keep us involved in our child's progress. The facilities are clean, safe, and perfect for growing busy bodies. We highly recommended for parents looking for a nurturing preschool environment.

We adore Mockingbird. To say our daughter is thriving is an understatement. The teachers are exceptional in their level of care as well as developmental expertise. Our daughter is excited to go to school every day, which means so much to us. Communication is clear and consistent from teachers and owners alike. And its obvious the owners are also parents because the systems theyve put in place make pick up and drop off so easy. Tuition also includes diapers/wipes and snacks/lunch!! Not having to pack a lunch every day is worth the price of admission, haha! We cannot recommend this school enough

We love Mockingbird MicroSchool! Our daughter has been attending since she was 2.5yr old and it has been an absolute delight to see her grow & learn from the excellent teaching staff and her fellow students. Our family has attended 3 different daycare/schools in South Austin, and Mockingbird is easily the best - in every way. The teachers are top notch, the community is supportive, the facilities are well maintained and designed, and our daughter just LOVES going to school every day.

We've loved Mockingbird so far. We appreciate the philosophy, we value the personalities, and we love how involved the play is for our two high energy boys. When we decided we wanted to transition from a nanny to a school so our kids could get more interaction with other kids, we were worried it was going to be a tough call. We toured Mockingbird early in the process and decided it was the right place for us - we've been really happy with our choice.

We absolutely adore Mockingbird! Our little ones return home each day with smiles on their faces and bundles of energy spentwhat more could we hope for? The perfect blend of structured activities and free playtime strikes a harmonious chord here. While at school, we know our children are not just cared for, but cherished, and we've witnessed their minds, personalities, and bonds flourish during their time here. We wholeheartedly cherish Mockingbird and cannot recommend it enough!
