YMOK would constantly send my son home covered in food and throw up even if he would have extra clothes. I would get incident reports either from scratches or bites at least twice a week. I had a baby girl in June and my kids grandma had to pick up the child from daycare that day and they used that as an opportunity to tell her that my son never wanted to go home with me, and said that Im always in a bad mood with them. They always have the TV going and I received a picture of my son with a baby behind him sleeping in swings with a toy covering their face. My final straw was when they sent my son home with a giant red spot on his face, that turned into a bruise the next day with no explanation. Christina (the director) would always make me feel dumb when I would bring up a concern and kinda ignore what I was actually trying to ask or address. My son also has since stopped this behavior but while he was attending, when he heard the word no he would hit him self on the head several times in a row. I also heard a teacher address a child by saying good morning sexy

No. Just no. Do not leave your child there. Everything was my childs fault according to Christina. She claims he didnt like to share, he didnt want to nap, and fed my child hot dogs which I know he doesnt eat. He looked traumatized after only four hours! Scratches on his head and eyes puffy from crying. It was the worst I have ever seen my child. Broke my heart.

I know choosing a daycare for your child might be a bit scary sometimes because as a parent, we always wonder how are they doing when we are not there with them! Are they well care for? I am here today to tell you a little bit about my experience with YMOK daycare Austin. I started in October 2019 with my oldest child she was only 3 months old at the time . She will be 4 years in 6 weeks. Today, I trust them with 3 kids Favor is almost 4, baby Fatima is 20 months old and Alpha is 4 months. Not only I know that they are well taken care of I feel they are well cared for. Christina and her employees are like family to us now Im so grateful to have such an amazing staff to care for our babies . If you are looking for a daycare I highly recommend YMOK

My kids went to YMOK daycare for over two years when Covid was ramping up as I am an essential worker and my kids daycare had closed as soon as Covid hit. The safety protocols put in place by the owner Christina made me feel safe and I liked knowing that my kids would be safe while in her care. I am a single mom and Christina always made me feel comfortable with communication and guidance. The love her and the team has for the kids is AMAZING. It is a very close knit family structure which is hard to find in such a big city. Thank you, Christina, for loving my kids so much and everything you do!
