The best !!!!!!!!! Did not have an appointment and they dropped their lunch to take care of me. They preordered my parts . Painted them and called me when they were ready so I dont have to leave my vehicle overnight. Couldnt ask for better. They are so professional and quick. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Estimate was lower than Toyota. Man looked at it and know within 0.10 of the real cost ended up being for the damage to be repaired. I live in Dallas but came here to Austin as a reference from another businessman that told me they are the best. I believe now they are.worth the drive !!!

My experience with Classic Collision was great! I got my truck back a week early. I was I updated on the progress of my vehicle daily. They even detailed my truck! We're a dog family with a 2yr old husky so it wasn't an easy task but it's as clean as it was when I drove it off the lot! I will be sure to come back with any repairs we might need in the future. I had a repair done before the business changed hands. The repair started coming apart because of another little accident that I had (my fault). I brought the vehicle in to have them look at it and right there the manager had a guy come off a job and quickly replace some plastic snaps and reattach the piece that was coming loose. It was old school customer service that I don't see that often anymore. I'd recommend these these guys.

I am not sure if giving 1 star is even appropriate. I reached out to Classic Collision due to the general good reviews I see online. Ms. A. Metcalf was very pleasant on the phone advising me to send in the estimate from another competitor. I had no experience with auto bodyshops before, so I followed her advice that includes making an appointment to bring the car in for an in-person estimate. She told me that I could either have theirshop take a look at the car or leave the car theirfor a more thorough estimate. I opted for the former and made the appointment. A few weeks later I went in for my appointment and was told that they don't do an in-person estimate, and that they had me booked for servicing. The receptionist was very abrupt and had no customer service manner. I confirmed with her that I was told otherwise. They eventually told me that they would perform the estimate and took some pictures of my car. I was told that I would get an update on what their estimate would be. I waited another few weeks when I eventually reached out to Classic Collision only to be told that there was no new estimate since that is not what they would do, and that my only option would be to simply have the car serviced there, or I could leave the car there for them to take it apart for a thorough estimate. I questioned why they gave another conflicting information when they could have told me thisin the first place and had me wasting my time on both taking the trip there and waiting weeks (when I could have had my car fixed or taken somewhere else). They could not answer my question nor apologize for their poor communication and lack of customer service. I also spoke with Ms. A. Metcalf, and her tone was completely different while keeping to refuse what she told me in our first conversation. Needless to say, I did not have to think twice of not having my car fixed there. I'm also glad I did not use their service anyway. Their priority of business seems to be on the cars from their network of insurances. Why is it so hard to find an honest and reasonably priced auto body shop withgood customer service? I suppose these things don't align much, if any.
