Tides on Copper Creek

I moved here a few months ago. The tranquility of the place is one of the things I appreciate the most, as well as the kindness of the team!!

We have lived at Tides for 5 years, and the management keeps on improving with every change of management. The apartment is spacious and peaceful. The management staff are helpful and ready to address any issues you have. I want to commend Shon Stafford at the leasing office for her professional and friendly attitude when we came to renew our lease. Every apartment in Austin has roach issues, this appartement is on top of it with their pest control team to adres that issue. Pls come check out this place if you are moving into Austin, its a place to call a home.

I have lived in this apartment since 2018, yes it has gone through many ownership and I still consider it one of the best places to live. They management is first class. They attend to my problems on fist call and are very courteous and professional in all service areas provided to the residents. I commend Shaun Stanford for arresting to detail attitude and a host of other employees whose names I forgot. They are all amazing and awesome in all of their dealings with residents. I recommend this apartment to anybody at anytime.

The staff is lovely, very versatile and accommodating. They make me feel like a family friend rather than just another number to be processed in the day to day work cycle. My apartment is lovely, and I've had next to no issues since moving in last year. And if any issues do arise the maintenance staff tends to our requests in a timely manner that gets straight to the core of them problem.
