I love living here. I personally wish rent was lower but I can't fault them for that.

Tiffany is such a great property manager going above and beyond to help me. Mike gets the jobs done when something is not working. 5 stars across the board! Definitely will be recommending Sandhurst to friends!

Sandhurst has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace tech is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly, and the property manager is understanding and compassionate. We love our apartment as it's spacious on the inside and there is plenty of outdoor space. Sandhurst really maintains everything inside and out to keep the property well-kept and updated. Whenever we've had any issues the staff has been more than willing to discuss and find a good solution, which is rare in property management companies. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting at Sandhurst!

$1600/month for a 2 bedroom is absolutely ridiculous. Once our lease is up we will definitely be moving. Definitely not worth struggling financially. Edit: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! We have Black Mold growing in our apartment and our landlord cant do anything about it for a whole other week because she isnt in the office!!!! This is unacceptable and a serious health risk!!!!!!!
