Got a cheaper homeowner policy after a Geico policy review. Had an issue with the previous policy remaining active and Meg was very helpful. She spoke to the insurance provider after putting me on hold and then came back on the line just to let me know they were still working on the solution and I hadn't been forgotten on hold. That level of customer care will keep me coming back.
