The location was good not to far from the college. We chose to get a hotel instead of taking the 3 hour drive home after the event last night. When we entered the room we saw a couple of ants on the floor. We killed them. and kept it moving. This morning there were ants on the desk, in the bathroom , and crawling by the coffee pot. By the way, we never use the coffee pot in the room. I took pics and called the desk. I told them the room needs to be placed out of commission due to the ants. The clerk named G said I can give you 20% off the room. I said you can do better than that. G then says 25%. I said that's about $20 bucks. I said I want to speak to the GM. G said that I will have him call about 1pm to 2pm. Well I never got a call so I called the hotel and I spoke with Craig. Craig said he was gone that he left for the day. So I said G lied to me then. Craig said I don't know i just walked in. Craig then says ME THE CUSTOMER WHO PAID FOR TWO ROOMS FOR OUR FAMILY THAT I CAN CALL BETWEEN 9 AM AND 10 AM TOMORROW! WHY IS THAT? I AM the paying customer with a SERVICE ISSUE NOW AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL TO ANYONE. It is UNFORTUNATE that customer service and customer satisfaction is A STRANGER TO THE WORKPLACE!! SIGNED ABSOLUTELY A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
