STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. I have had a horrible experience with this firm. Terrible communication, not responding to multiple attempts I had made to communicate with them for weeks and weeks at a time. If I could give them zero stars I would. They will take your money and not respond. I have asked for refund of the attorney's fees I paid due to failure to respond to me after weeks of no communication and was told a refund will not be provided. Grievance's with the state and local bar associations are pending. *** UPDATE REGARDING THE RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS - nothing has been resolved, my court case is still pending. I now have to find a new attorney to finish my case, the business's response is completely false. *** UPDATE - THIS FIRM FILED A MOTION ON MY BEHALF ON THURSDAY APRIL 21, 2022, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OR CONTACTING ME, SO STATING THAT THE MATTER WAS FULLY RESOLVED IS COMPLETELY FALSE. *** UPDATE 5-4-22, AFTER ASKING FOR MY CASE FILE AND DOCUMENTS, A WEEK AND A HALF HAVE GONE BY AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. *** UPDATE 5-13-22 - GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW SINCE I HAVE REQUESTED MY CASE FILE BE SENT TO ME, NOTHING STILL FROM THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A DIFFERENT FIRM. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE ATTORNEYS A BAD NAME. ***UPDATE 5-24-22 - I have still not received a copy of my file that was requested on 4-23-22. Another email was sent today asking for a copy of my file again, a month later.

Absolute worse experience of my life involving so called professionals. Quick to take the money up front but even quicker to slack and drag out not getting my case filed. Original lawyer Mary just passed down my case after doing my consultation and they went 7 weeks and never even filed it. I have all the emails to show how much unprofessional they are. They cost me valuable time in regards of my custody case. Would represent myself before using this law office.

Jim Hardin is a fantastic lawyer! Used their service for handling an Ex-parte CPO. Got the only one that matters dismissed. Highly recommend them and their staff!
