So the prices were absurdly high. And it was very unclear when I talked to them what the price was actually going to be. I was told about a $175 service fee and a lock fee to break a lock. The fee to break the lock was 400 dollars. And on top of that they charged 99 dollars for tax and credit card fee which was not explained until after the service was completed. They did the service quickly. But would not recommend. I take responsibility for not being stringent enough in my due diligence. And also having to have someone come after 4pm. I do not recommend.

It difficult for me to write this review because although the service was provided quickly, the price to unlock a door through a picking tool is all it took. And while I am grateful for the service I believe the price tag was a tad high. I was charged $250 to unlock a door. It took him maybe 2-3 minutes to do the job. Again, I would only advise this company if you are definitely okay with paying premium pricing. The job that was administered I believe should not have been more than $80-100 dollars. I would have gladly tipped the guy but I paid the price. I suppose the lesson here is dont forget your keys in your apartment in NYC because you will regret it.
