        I placed an order and forgot to add a message. I was contacted by a store representative who advised me about the message and asked if I woukd like to add one. She took the message and ensured it was with the arrangement. Most companies would have allowed the arrangement to be delivered without a message if one was not added. Im addition to the great customer service, an ABSOLUTELY beautiful arrangement was delivered! Thank you Dragonetti!
