My desktop pc was almost 20 years old. Andy was able to overhaul the whole system and is now running incredibly! His recommendation of linking a bufallo NAS link station was a great addition. Now I'm able to save all my work and media from my desktop pc, laptop, and 2 smartphones all in one system. I'm not tech savvy, so Andy answered all my questions as well as giving me great computer tips. I highly recommend. Andy goes above and beyond with his work. He will be my go to guy whenever I have any computer issues. I'd give him a 10 star rating if I could. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Andy is wonderful! He came to pick up my computer for repair, offered us a better solution, and then solved a computer problem my husband had. I doubt you could do better!
