I had the pleasure of working with Enid twice now and both times she really hustled for us to get all of our documents and collective information to close. Buying a house is stressful, but feeling like you have someone really on your side advocating for you and pushing for you lets you feel a bit relaxed and like you can allow them to take the wheel. Ill admit, I am definitely an anxious buyer. I have a lot of questions and a difficulty time following along in the process, lol. But Enid was always there to answer any question, big or small, and always helped calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend JetDirect and definitely to ask for Enid!

Wasted time and money. I knew my situation wasn't easy but was clear on all my variables. I was only refinancing to lower years and interest rates so at the end of the day it wasn't profitable for them.

We closed on a house Dec 1. We were in contract in August. The whole time we were in contract Megan kept us updated on how the process was going and how dar along we were. Whenever we asked a question she was very quick to answer and was also quick to have follow up information. Was very easy to work with her during this exciting time.
