Do not do business with this company. They really take advantage of people who are in a bad situation, like a divorce. The inspection they do is nothing like a REAL inspection that is done to buy or sell a home. The inspections are done to low ball the customer to sell for less. Do yourself a favor and just get a realtor.

If I could give no stars I would. These people are a nightmare. Total scammers. They give you an offer, everyone agrees, signs the documents, then the inspectors come. The actual inspector told us we only needed to replace a couple spickets that had corroded and trim trees...offer pad sends their list of "repairs" AKA remodels of $19,000! Change flooring to match, we have carpet and tile, upgrade the working AC unit, remove a brick flower box in the backyard, paint the outside of the house, and on and on. We told them NO, so they said ok then they'd drop the "repairs" to $10,000 again we said NO!!!! Part of our agreement for the sale was they were paying off our solar panels..we get to the closing and they are not paying off solar and our final pay off is $22,000 less than agreed upon.....they were still trying to get the remodel out of us!!!! We cancelled the contract and hired a realtor...we are relocating to another state..uhaul is loaded and they pull this at the last minute!!! Do not do business with these people. They are all nice in the beginning and then the scam begins!! Beware!!!!!! Seriously!! Read EVERYTHING, they WILL slide extras into the documents that were not agreed upon. NO STARS!!!

Mark and his boss were horrible to work with. They hire thrifts to clean my house. They stole medicine from my kid's and my grandmother's blinds. I would think twice before you use offer pad.

Had a great experience buying a house with Todd! Throughout the entire journey, Todd was responsive and communicative. Without Todd and his finessing I'm 99% sure we would not have closed. Moreover, Todd's dedication did not stop at the closing table. Even after the deal was finalized, he followed up to ensure that the transition into my new home was smooth and seamless. This level of commitment demonstrates his passion for helping clients find their dream homes and ensuring their satisfaction even after the sale is complete.

Never receive a phone call or email about an offer on the home. I would never use this business for anything. Poor customer service
