David and his team helped us to get out new house financed. We had a very smooth process. I talked to them about what I want, they requested a few papers and did the rest. I got the lowest possible APR . We closed in about a month. I had only positive experience with them and I will highly recommend iQRate to anyone thinking to buy a house.

Very professional, they go above and beyond to make it happen. Prompt in responding to calls text or email. They helped me get into two homes, and one for my daughter as well.
