        Booked online notary service requiring notarization for one signature. Paid for in advance. Then close to the appointment and am told I need to pay another $35 because the document has me sign twice, but only one requires notarization. Ok, fine, seems sketchy, but I am willing to pay. Then I'm sent an email with an invoice which requires me to log into some Microsoft website to pay. Seems like a scam, so I email JMN indicating it is requiring me to log in to pay the second invoice - no response. So, now I am out $35 with no service. Do not recommend.
