Bob and Raphael were amazing! There was a small mixup due to my phone acting up and not only did they make sure that my Reservation got fixed, but they took great care of me. Highly recommended them to everyone. They will be my go-to from now on.

Rapheal tried to run my card for a 800 $ drop off fee when I called to ask about dropping it unexpectedly somewhere else. I had 4 days left and a deposit on a prepaid 2 week rental when he tried to run my card for the 800. I even offered to bring back a different car from entrtprise here, when my work was done so they wouldn't be a car short. They were friendly until I inquired about returning somewhere else. Even corporate said they never heard of a 800 $ drop off fee. I'm on a work trip out of state so it could've left me stranded or worse. illegally running people cards is not cool. I'm reporting it to the authorities as well. I rented from enterprise for years all the time. Even turned one in at a different location recently. Tahoe to Sacramento. Not a single dollar was charged for that. Just lost a lifetime customer. Unbelievable. And this will be followed up on.
