2023: Dang. 2nd year in a row, my sister gave me sumpin' that doesn't fit from REI. I don't want to, but I have to go return/exchange it.
And it takes a manager ten minutes to tell me that, with gift receipt, they can't credit my sister's account without the card. The only option is to buy stuff I don't need. And that's hard now that REI and North Face are "accessories," not "necessities". Lost another star.
