Tesla Collision Lincolnshire

I was involved in a rear end collision in November of 2023. Tesla was able to get me right before the Holidays. I took my Model S and they treated my car like it was their own. Excellent customer service. They put the car under special lighting to find every bump and blemish. The young lady also told me about loss of value on my Tesla due to the accident to ask for this in the insurance claim. I did exactly this and this saved me $17,800.00. I would of never of known this unless she told me. As far as the repair stages Hubert is the best in the Tesla industry. His new name (Mr. Tesla) Hubert kept me informed every step of the way through the repair. He texted and emailed on Tuesdays and Thursdays for updates. Oddly enough I asked for photos on every step of the repair process, and he provided them. (This is not recommended to ask for if you are faint of heart). They took my repair all the way from the rear bumper of the car to the drive and drivers' doors and removed everything, only the frame was left, and they replaced some of this also. They also put my car on a car jig (frame straightener) during the full body repair to make sure the car stayed straight as the body panels were being removed and reinstalled. After all this it went to paint and detail When I arrived to pick up my model S it was like picking up on the first day, I purchased it. I was worried that the car would never be right again, but I was wrong it's like new with no issues so far. The repair took 3 months to do but you can't hurry this type of repair. So, to everyone at Tesla and to Hubert WELL DONE>

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! I highly recommend bringing your car here. Hubert was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process along the way with weekly updates. My car looks as good as new!!
