        You all should be ashame. I have been on the phone today April 3, 2024 to make an appointment for my granddaughter. It's now 4:20 pm central and I've been holding 2 hours and 45 minutes. Just know my daughter will be there in the AM with my 11 year old granddaughter who is in need of an emergency root canal.

        My Child's dentist referred this place to me and it's the worst first off you have to wait on hold until someone finally answers which can be anywhere between 30min - 2hrs, when I finally spoke with someone I was able to schedule an appointment unfortunately we missed the appointment and now they will never give my child another appointment smh this has got to be illegal and they claim this is a great institution and help to the city... what a joke
