Our Mortgage Loan Officer was Sean Caballer. My mother and I were getting a house together and neither one of us had been through the process before. Sean was very patient with us and would go through any and all contracts and addendums that came our way line by line. He answered any and all questions. He was readily available via text, email or phone call at almost any time during the day/night which was great with our busy schedules. He helped us find reputable businesses to perform the required inspections. He went to bat several times for us with our financing company. He gets things done quickly, but he also doesn't push you or make you feel forced into doing anything. He works at your pace which is very nice. He is sweet and humorous and I would definitely suggest him to others in their home buying adventures. Thank you!!!
