        Eli and Tanya were incredibly difficult to work with. They promised me they would be communicative but after the first few days were hard to get ahold of and rarely responded when they promised they would. They ended up unable to secure a loan for me and frankly I'm glad because I didn't want to give them my business.

      Tyler - Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the communication that you received from our team as we pride ourselves in being transparent and accessible to our clients. Looking back over your file, I was able to determine that our team was in contact with you by phone or email at least 31 times over a 45 day period the included the Christmas and New Year holidays.Based on the notes in the file there were multiple challenges to overcome due to inconsistencies with your loan application and/or the supporting documentation required by the lender for a full loan approval. Our team always does it's best to help our clients overcome these surprise challenges and turn the tides in their favor. Unfortunately we are not successful in turning those tides one hundred percent of the time.
