I just spent 3 nights there. I was traveling alone and had hoped for a place where I felt safe. This was perfect. The place was spotless and I had everything I needed in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to go back there again. Its also on a very nice area of beautiful homes and close to Bayshore Dr.if you want to go for a walk along the water. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best apartments we've rented to date. It is simple, clean, and in an amazing location. So quiet yet so close to everything. And if you're a dog parent, you know how hard it is to find places that will allow your pups to come with you, so this place gets checks all the boxes! Can't wait to come back and stay again.

Unfortunately our stay at island suites did not reflect what previous reviews have said. We were going to hold off on leaving a negative review, but the owner never even responded to our final email on our complaints. Upon arrival we noticed it was warm in the room. The AC was broken and was not pleasant to deal with for an entire weekend, but I understand things can break and the owner was able to move us to another room to help accommodate. Then there was the times we had to complain about loud music. It was resolved each time but another issue to deal with. The roaches throughout the apartment was our biggest problem. I think we killed 6 or 7 just in the bathroom. Lastly, I have provided a picture of what we had to do with the shower window. The privacy film is chipped off in large spots allowing for a full view from next door if you are in the shower. Someone had previously put up plastic hooks to do the same for some privacy. We felt like the price did not reflect the quality of our stay.
