Piccadilly Flats

Had a wonderful experience at Picadilly! Management is friendly and responsive. Its rare to find an apartment with a management team that actually makes you want to live there. The apartments are adorable and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. You couldnt ask for a better place to live!

The management team at Picadilly Flats has been very helpful and provide a great experience. Jackie and Jason do a wonderful job and are always quick to respond to any issues. Richard goes above and beyond with all maintenance requests. Excellent service team all around.

My husband and I lived here for a year and we loved it. Beautiful high ceilings, wood floors, and awesome natural light. The only reason we left was because of out of state relocation. Management is super friendly and you do almost everything online. Some of the best memories we had in Florida were in this apartment. I miss this place so much!

My review is mostly based on my interaction with the new property management team, McKinley Properties. I signed my lease for my unit from a previous property management team, Redbridge Realty, and they were incredibly awesome. However, once McKinley took over everything went straight down the toilet. In my opinion, all they care about is bringing in new tenants and once you're a resident they won't take care of you at all. Luckily, I have moved out because of a new job opportunity however I can't get anyone from McKinley to give me back my deposit check and we're going on 60 days now. I'm at a point where I'm going to look into consulting with a real estate attorney in order to elevate this. As far as the property, great location but there is a slight ant problem. Outside of that, I was surprised with how quiet the location was and how sound proof the walls were. But, whenever you get to a point where you have to deal with the leasing office. You will be sorely disappointed with the results especially when you move out.
