        I moved here couple month ago so far experience is terrible. Even you rent 2-3 bedroom apt with your rooomie, you can park only 1 vehicle. There are plenty of space for parking , plus I have my name on the lease why i have to pay $75 for second car, this is really not fair. Fruit flies are everywhere. They never refill cups downstairs for coffee and they expect you to bring your own cup.. really? Come on charging for everything and cant spend little money for cup? Anyway, cant wait my lease to be done so im outta here

        Quiet, clean, great amenities and staff. Was on the fence for a while about lector 85 because of location and pricing but I was able to get a 1 br for reasonably low in comparison to everywhere else in Tampa close to downtown. Personal, I like ybor a lot during the day. Tons of places to go for food and cigar lounges. In all, would recommend Lector 85 to anyone looking for a well priced spot that both quit yet in close proximity to things to do and downtown!
