This storage is a disaster, the door code provided does not work, the office is closed and the manager is out of the office until April 23, no one answered the phone, I left a message and received an email saying I would be contacted on 48 hours, but nothing happened. My credit card was charged on 4.17 and I still cannot access my unit.

This storage has terrible customer service, they charge you the monthly payment even with the account closed and you call and they tell you that they are going to refund your money and after waiting two weeks for my money I call and they give me terrible treatment, I come personally to the storage of 137 and 160 SW during business hours (Tuesday 3:18 pm) and the office is closed. If they don't return my money immediately I will have to seek legal help because it seems disrespectful to me.

I love this Storage. It is a very clean place and has good security. The only thing is that the offices open a little late. Otherwise it is an ideal and quite economical place to store your belongings and the lady who works in the office named Manuela is a very kind, pleasant and very helpful person and always ready to help at any time. They deserve 5 stars.
