Rivia Mind

I have always had a positive experience with Rivia, and scheduling appointments has always been easy. I've seen two different providers here, and both are really great and knowledgeable. The staff has also been very helpful in time sensitive situations even when my providers were not currently in the office!

I feel very cared for by the RIVIA staff -- particularly by my provider. In there three years I've gone to RIVIA, I've worked with two providers, both of whom have been patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful to me and my mental health struggles. I have never had any issues with RIVIA or my provider. I appreciate my provider and the RIVIA office staff so much. Scheduling and rescheduling (when I have work or travel conflicts) are very easy. In the telehealth appointments, my provider sends my prescriptions directly to my pharmacy, making that process as simple as possible.
