My best friend was one of Omonohs clients. Ever since shes finished getting therapy from Omonoh shes been the most mentally healthy that Ive ever seen her in the 10 years that Ive known her. Shes very self aware now and has really healthy coping mechanisms whenever her anxiety starts to really flare up. I always recommend her to anyone I know thats thinking about getting therapy.

Ive had the pleasure to know Omonoh both personally and professionally for the past 9 years. I would highly recommend her as a therapist. Omonoh is an excellent clinician who is knowledgeable, maintains ethical standards, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I hope this helps others who are hesitant about starting therapy. I began working with Omonoh a few years ago, (youll pronounce it right after a few tries like me). I wasnt sure I could commit to weekly visits sharing so much of my personal life with a complete stranger, but high anxiety in unexpected places will make you seek immediate help. I began talking with her and it was comfortable. Shes a great listener, friendly yet professional, and gave me tools I could use immediately to be more relaxed in my day to day. Ive even created a daily self care practice and learned (and still learning) how to put myself first. She really is a hidden gem that Im willing to share with anyone else who needs a better handle on this roller coaster of life. Speaking to a professional is the best gift to yourself. Take a chance, Im glad I did.
