A bank with staff that does not know how to deal with the public, very poor attention and discriminatory acts towards people who do not have valid passports, having all the documents in order, did not allow the account to be opened for a passport

The people that work here are absolutely disgusting. If you're a racist just let it be known. Don't hide behind false policies that don't even exist. I'm initially from another city and recently moved. When I provided my ID she told me I need something to verify my address, which I sent a screenshot of my bank profile to Kelly Romero Lopez's email with my address in Kissimmee FL. She is a gross person to treat black people the way she does. The definition of disgusting. She was making up false policies and stumbling over her words as she went along making stuff up. The bank profile showed my address. She said that wasn't sufficient. She needed another form of government documents so I went to the car and got my vehicle registration showing my current address in Kissimmee FL. She then made me wait back in line behind 4 other people who arrived after me. She skipped over me so I ask for the manager. Boy was she a piece of work as well. Reshma or "shrek-smha" she was a piece of work. At first she tells me the associate was just doing her job, and she is going to now accept the documents I provided and then flip flops at the end saying I have to have a permanent address to open the account. I asked what's not permanent about an address verified by the DMV and listed on my vehicle registration. I mean an absolute joke these people are. Now wonder you have a fake boosted Google rate of 2.8 stars. You all are worthless. TD Bank advertises that they are the most convenient bank in America but there was nothing convenient about their services. I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday on something that could've been so simple, just opening a checking account. I'm thankful that I wasn't able to open an account actually, because if your customer service is this horrible on the way in, I can imagine how it would be if I had some type of banking issue with my account.

This was by far the best TD bank experience I've had thanks to Robert! Robert helped both me and wife on two separate occasions. He is professional, has an excellent memory, and explains bank processes clear and concisely. I usually come to this branch with not the best thoughts in mind but when Robert is there, I am a happier and completely different person. Thank you Robert for all that you do at TD bank.

Honestly this is my second time coming here. I didnt write a review the first time I came but this is now my second time dissatisfied. This branch is beyond disappointing. They wasted my whole time. Been waiting over 2 hours for absolutely no results. I went to a different branch and they were willing to help me. They also resolved an issue. Truly theyre just lazy. Especially the manager. I suggest you go to a different location you will be wasting your time.
