As the Service Coordinator for Culligan of Jacksonville, we had a customer call in and requested I post a Google Review for them. This review was transcribed for the customer by Nicole: CUSTOMER CALLED IN AND WOULD LIKE TO WRITE A REVIEW ABOUT ROB ALLEN: JOHN: ROB ALLEN CAME ON APRIL 4TH AT 11 AM. HE WAS PROMPT WITH THE APPOINMENT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HE SYSTEM THAT I PURCHASED, HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS THOROUGH PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. NO PRESSURE. HONEST. HE EXPLAINED ALL FINANCING OPTIONS. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS HE GOT BACK TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 I GIVE HIM A 10+. THE INSTALLER WAS ROBERT. HE CAME ON THE 6TH OF APRIL ON TIME. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AS WELL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND ROB THE TERRITORY MANAGER TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Special thanks to Robert and Manny for all the help with my new culligan water treatment system. The install was amazing a year ago, and then whenever they came back by this year to put in the new filters, they were very courteous and professional and fast!!
