They start you off super low then raise your rates . I just got a letter in the mail saying because my credit score changed they were raising . Then once it came it went up $168 a month

Really good place. My bank sent me an email saying that I needed my declaration page turned in by the end of business hours the same day that it was sent. If I did not, I would be charged a premium on my car loan. The lady at the desk was very professional and helped out tremendously. I was able to get what I needed in time to not be charged by my bank.

I have had insurance through Dennis for about two years now. My policy recently came to an end and I called about 5 times throughout the span of a week to ask for a basic quote. Every single time I called I received someone who seemed to have NO idea what they were doing and said someone would call back with a quote. After week of calling and a week of waiting, im giving this place one star. Terrible customer service.
