I have spent my year here with my Family group, I really like it because they enforce the rules for a healthy coexistence, I feel safe with my children living here. Thank you all for being very cordial and attentive in serving.

Would not recommend anyone who plans to live in an apartment beyond its first lease to move here. I have been here over a year, paid all my bills on time, and was offered a lease renewal where my monthly rate would remain the same, and I would get an additional month free. Sounds good right? Well when you factor in that the same unit you are living in is being listed for cheaper with the same move in special it doesnt feel so good. On top of that, they do not allow you to negotiate a new rate even though its listed on their website. Zero incentive to renew your lease here when things like this occur. Other communities are a bit more flexible and use common sense when it comes to their pricing. Will be my last year here.

Nice place, but maybe they're going broke. The pool is falling apart, the grass is tall and unkept.
