        So far, my experience at the Finley has been good. The maintenance team as well as the office staff are very polite and work diligently to resolve any issue that may come up. They just pressure washed the sidewalks and the breezeways. So thats definitely a plus to the upkeep of the complex. Prayerfully the community will do their part in keeping it clean. I also like the fact that they have a gym. So I dont always have to drive to the gym every day if I dont feel like it.

        When I first moved out here I was very pleased but over the last two years these apartments have went completely down hill. The amount of trash out her is ridiculous, the breezeways and stairs are disgusting and crime has picked up drastically out here. from shootings to people hanging outside causing commotion all times of the night. Seems like they are just allowing anyone to occupy spaces out here now. There is no point of having a courtesy officer that is never alert or gates that has never worked . We pay way too much money out here to be living like we are in the hood somewhere. This is totally not what my husband and I signed up for. MANAGEMENT SUCK ! RUDE AND NEED SOME TRAINING

        Moving from city to city is never easy, especially one that is 5 hours away but Teaira at the Finley made our move as smooth as possible. We are in love with our apartment, the only complaint is the hallways but that is most apartment complex. If youre looking to move to Jacksonville or to another apartment complex in the city, definitely look into the Finley!

        New to the community and so far its great . My next door neighbor was welcoming , introduced herself and let me know that the new property manager is bettering the community. The only concerns Im having is the valet trash! The pick up days are Sunday-Thursday trash was not picked up Sunday or Monday which is frustrating . This is a service we are forced to pay for also this is how the community will have trouble remaining clean if trash is not discarded properly . My next concern is the lack of lighting in the parking lot area , its extremely dark at night. The office staff are GREAT !
