        How can you ignore someone trying to buy some item for 20 minutes and then tell them you can't do cash the day after Christmas.

        3:30 on Thursday 11/16 lights are on nobody is home. Doors were all locked up tight. Finally got someone to answer the phone. When I told them I was out front at the door and wanted to pick up a SIM card they promptly hung up on me. Worst service ever. She was probably sitting at home still looking to get paid. Don't waist your time going to this location. To the owners: Check your schedules. Your employees are not showing up for their day jobs. Probably moonlighting on you.

        This ATT location is my go to store. Mason has delivered a positive customer experience each and every time Ive gone to this store. After being treated like just a number at another beach location, the culture and customer experience at this location has restored my faith in ATT.
