        Shipped a package ($600 golf club) from this location. My package was never received. So after looking into it, it was determined the store created invalid tracking number so the package is now lost. I have emailed the store owner several times with no response. I have all the receipts and paperwork regarding the package but it doesnt matter. I have made a claim with UPS they cant help me because it was the stores error. I have spoken to 20 different UPS customer service and claims specialist. Everyone I speak to is sympathetic but no one can help me with a resolution. So now my golf club gift is lost, I am out the money for the package and NO ONE can help me. I have to assume THEFT at this point. Be careful sending packages from here.

        Im just here in front of the store at 12:30pm the only time people can go out from their business to ship documents and I just encountered a line of 12 people waiting at the door because the employees decided to close the store for lunch and dont even put the time theyre coming back

        Trying to print documents. Sent documents yesterday. Went to pick up today. They cant find order. I am showing them the confirmation from my phone. They just dont have it. Cant print anything. No stamps. Its 1099 season. This store is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service. Bad management. They should close this place and let another person own the store. Just terrible.

        This store is literally 1/2 mile away and I avoid it at all cost. They are rude. I prefer to drive 2.6 miles away to the next nearest store.
