California Dental Care and Orthodontics

The doctor provides terrible service and attention to his patients. My experience was the worst I have ever had in my life and I will not go back to that doctor and take out my 3 children. I can't believe he's a dentist. Now I now why you have very bad reviews. Obviously!!!!

!!!BEWARE!!!! THEY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION!!! They scheduled an appointment for my kids after a visit without notifying me and as a result we "missed" an appointment that resulted in an overdue bill of $330 Unlike other schedule based services, they made no attempt of any form to remind us or confirm the appointment.

Our experience with a cleaning for my toddler was fine. But their treatment plan for my 2 year old daughters cavity was to strap her to a board, give her laughing gas, and not allow a parent in the room with her. This is their standard procedure, she was compliant for the cleaning and they had no reason to think she would need these measures. Walked right out and found a different dentist for her filling, who exercised none of these extreme measures. Havent been back since.

I have to change the doctor Paul soon because he only open Thursday and Friday and my kids have to hold the pain Saturday through Wednesday That is so hard my kids went to school taking Tylenol and crying from the pain and I cant make an Emergency-appointment
