Canyon Club Apartments

Too much to comment. Rats were in our building walls and appeared out of nowhere and died. Looking to speak to anyone with similar experience. Management did nothing but offer a $5 trap. Management wanted to add me to lease for another year, but I couldn't since it was not habitable. Then wouldn't accept my money order for rent which was put in default. My son couldn't handle the stress so I answered complaint. Now they put a collection on his credit report. They deserve to be sued. I have plenty pics and proof. They could have worked with us to come to resolution. Dishwasher pipe had hole where small rats came in and went all over even though we had our cats. Cars were vandalized and towed away several times. Email or text me for more info.

I have been living here for over 14 years and I was looking to move out because they sent over a new manager named Cynthia with a horrible attitude towards the residents and today I went into the office and I saw that our old manager had returned and Im deciding to stay because Alma actually tries to help us up when we have an issue and does it in a respectful manner Im glad Alma returned I dont think she shouldve left in the first place

Been living here for 8 years and and since Ive been living here I have the same property manager name, Alma, and a few months ago she got switched for a new manager, which was not very friendly and rude, and doesnt get anything done when you ask for something to be done and just recently today on 1/24/24 I had to stop by the office to see if theyre going to get my maintenance what I needed to be done and when I walked in, I seen Alma again and asked her if shes back here and she said yes. I am so glad they got rid of that other manager and put Alma back to our property.

The new manager that has started a month ago, is so unprofessional and rude implementing new policies which were never notified to the tenants, like signing by force to a year contract with no other options to offer, I've never seen before this policies in any apartment complex , all apartments need to have options for their tenants (like 6 month or month to month) i see people leaving in the past month because of new management and i think I'm next, due to being harassed by manager to sign something that i don't want to, i wanted to opt for month to month and she said that's not an option anymore, soooo illegal to do that. i had my car towed away and pay $500 to get it out, the towing truck was called by management by the way, what a nice way to treat your 12 years tenant, i totally forgot about my car, and was promised like a credit in my rent "never given" for the fees that I've paid 2 months ago. Sorry Canyon club 1 star from me.
