        Nice gym but always overly crowded in the gym, sauna, pool wish they had a steam room

        I really like this gym coming over from UFC Fit since they moved. It has everything I need, equipment, sauna, indoor pool, the only downfall is it can get really busy on certain days but it really helps to have a trainer that can help gather equipment needed. Kristian S. has been an incredible trainer since my tour with him in December. He really takes the time to help, doesn't rush and is available most times I need. He has a lot of knowledge on workouts and nutrition and can explain it in an easy way. I really feel he has my back and is setting me up for success in reaching my goals. I highly recommend Kristian as a trainer.

        Second Sunday I have been here late morning and the mens bathroom is completely out of paper towels. I tell the front counter and they say they cant refill it and it will be done on Monday. Time to get new staff or change your policy.
