Iris is a horrible employee would not recommend the service. Storage Facilities everywhere will rise up the prices every 6 months this place is no different but the employees are not helpful.

Today I switch storage unit, the information was given to me last week was totally different, from today, confused yes but more like personally if u don't the answer to the customers question just tell the truth, n say u can call the office, speak with the manager, or with someone that can give me the right answers. But anyways my experience today went well, the worker was very friendly, very helpful, most of all she was very understanding, patience and answered all my concerns n questions. She explained everything very understandable n very clear, thank you so much for all the help I'm sorry I forgot her. I hope that you'll have more workers like her in the future, professional, outspoken, patience, helpful. Thank you again.

Very disappointed in this place, Had a unit here for 16 months my payments had always come out on the 26th I moved out before the due date. When I said I was turning in the unit, they didn't give me any paperwork or email confirming the end of my lease knowing I would challenge they still charged me the entire month Since they charged me the month I said well then I can use it, and the employee in a very considering way told me I couldn't; even though I had moved out before my month was up, i was charged and not allowed to use the unit. Very shady business
