        My fianc and I just moved into a new apartment from the Bay Area and our couch didn't fit so we had to find somewhere to store it before selling it. The booking process was super easy and Shaun was an absolute rockstar helping us make sure the couch fit into our unit (and even offered to let us use his personal moving dolly). Aside from our experience the facility is super nice with its own covered garage to easily access the storage units. Can't say enough good things about this place, we'll definitely be coming back for any storage needs. 10\10 would recommend.

        I eagerly awaited the completion of these storage units a few years back and was 1st in line to rent one. What a convenience it has been in North Park so close to home! The upgrade in unit size was easy as was the switch to a preferred location on my preferred floor. The facility is always clean and the elevator smells freshly of Fabuloso.The Manager, Shaun, is like the bartender on Cheers, always addressing me by name and making me feel welcomed.
