RUBEN CASILLAS SUPER RUDE!!! My storage unit got broken into and broke the lock and took it. However, i had trouble opening the storage unit cause of force entry. I called the office to see if they could put a loaner lock on it. The lady from the office said yes, of course. Keep in mind that this is after 5 pm, which is almost closing time they told them they could put a red lock on it. I would just have to come the next morning to imstalled my own. As i walked into the office, i came across the manager his name is RUBEN CASILLAS , and he was totally rude. He wasn't trying to help me at all with my situation. The girl was super nice. The dude doesn't have any customer service, which needs to be re-trained. Since Ruben was so rude, i was trying to get a hold of an email or phone number of someone hired in. i didn't have any luck. Im not sure how they have a guy like him as a manager they need to make the girl the manager, no doubt. Seems like im wasting my money here thinking my stuff is saved here. i found out today that's not the case. Not to talk about all rats they have inside the units disgusting, don't waste you're time dont get a storage unit here, they are the worst!!!! Non happy customer FIRE RUBEN CASILLAS PLZ!

Please find another storage unit these units are infested. They will trick you into signing a lease before showing you the unit. After viewing and seeing the unit was full of rat feces I told them never mind I do not want the unit and was told by employee OK and thought it was over. Now they are threatening me with legal action saying i didnt cancel the unot and have been charging me for month for a unit i never put a single item in due to its filth. Be aware of their deceptive practices and rat infested property

The staff is cool. However there are Rats. Carts can be hard to find. I moved out literally 1 day after I should have due to the storm and flooding ! Also there were no carts for 2 Days anywhere. Someone had em in their unit I was told. So I was there on 3 occasions to move out with no dolly
