Not the best. The room was small and bathroom was the size of a Doctor Who TARDIS. I am over 6' tall and possess a wingspan of 78". I didn't fit in the shower.
Room was drafty, noisy and uncomfortable. I don't think I will return in the future.

Gteat service. Got a crib and worked out fine. This weekend was pricey 200.00 a night. Something we didn't know about
Was happening to bring prices higher.
One good point, cleaned room with a 2 day stay.

Free parking, clean and cheap. The only drawback is that there is no microwave. However, the price is reasonable. If you want more services and better things, you can go to a five-star hotel. If you don't want to pay so much money, then be content! I

We reserved for 6 days, 5 nights. Requested an early check in, came at 10 they said two hours we went to the grocery store and came back with fresh food they said sorry THREE more hours meaning our food MAY go bad. After five and a half hours our room was finally ready (normal check in time but got charged for early check in and promised false info) requested fan and extra sheets as we were short. Housekeeping continued going to voicemail all day and front desk recommend we wait until Day 2. Why are we paying for day 1 and not accommodated? Not provided the service or supply we paid for. The staff was sassy, young, and full of attitude like they did NOT want to be at work here. Would NEVER stay again.
Edited to add: we have yet to receive the fan, they constantly lie and make false promises like itll be there in 10 min- 1 hour every time we call, were almost done with our stay and it has been a nightmare. No towels, no service, nothing. Stay at island palms off shelter island.
